Start with the transaction, not another payment
Open the transaction hash in your wallet or on TRONSCAN. A wallet warning before submission, a pending transaction, and a confirmed contract failure need different responses. If the result is still unknown, wait for confirmation before sending the USDT again.
Check these five things
- Sender: Is this the same address that paid for the rental?
- Delivery: Did the TRX payment succeed, and was Energy delivered?
- Available Energy: Check what is left now, not the original rental amount.
- Timing: Has the rental expired or been used by another transaction?
- Recipient: Does the destination currently hold USDT, and what does your wallet estimate for this transfer?
Why more TRX may not fix the error
A resource shortfall can be covered by burning TRX, but a contract transaction also has a fee limit. If that limit is too low, a transaction may run out of its execution budget despite the account balance. Do not raise it blindly: review the wallet’s explanation or contact its support team.
Already rented, but still charged?
Look at the receipt to separate Energy costs, Bandwidth costs, and your rental payment. For a delivery issue, email support@trxpay.io with the rental transaction hash and paying address. Never send a seed phrase or private key.
Frequently asked questions
Does OUT_OF_ENERGY mean the USDT was sent?
Not by itself. Verify the final transaction result and token transfer records before deciding whether to retry.
Can a failed transfer use up rented Energy?
Yes. Execution can consume resources even when the transfer fails. Check the remaining balance instead of assuming that all Energy was returned.
